Founded in 2010 under the name Norton Service Company. We started out small but with big aspirations to become a large corporation. Within a few short years, we quickly discovered that too much growth and becoming a large company came with a lot of ups and downs. But the main downside was being able to still provide excellent customer service with all the moving parts and large amount of employees was near impossible. So we decided that our customers and reputation was worth more than to be a hard to control large company. In 2015 We downsized to only 3-4 employees and made the company fully family owned and operated. In 2017 we wanted to expand our services from just heating and cooling, to something that would really benefit our customers. So we acquired an Insulation Business and completely rebranded our company to Energy Experts. We still operate to this day as a small family owned and operated company. Our growth and reputation is mainly due to our awesome customers that keep referring us to their friends, family and neighbors.
